Our XploreSportz Summer Camps offer kids the opportunity to explore a variety of sports all week long. There are opportunities to play traditional sports such as soccer or football but kids will also experience new sport activies such as synchronized swimming and yoga. These camps are a great way to introduce your child to sports in a friendly, safe and fun environment. All facilitators are qualified coaches and deliver top-notch experiences.

The Importance of Sleep

Do you eat, sleep & breathe sport?! In addition to physical conditioning and conscious eating, sleep plays a major role in athletic performance.  The quality and amount of sleep athletes get is often the key and the difference in performance results.  Sleep provides energy to both the brain and body, therefore is arguably the best form of recovery!!  This workshop will explore some of the key areas where young athletes can develop their lifestyle and training habits to improve sleep….also discover some helpful resources along the way!
