The quality and amount of sleep athletes get is often the key and the difference in performance results. Sleep provides energy to both the brain and body, therefore is arguably the best form of recovery!! This workshop will explore some of the key areas where young athletes can develop their lifestyle and training habits to improve sleep….also discover some helpful resources along the way!
