Mental Performance Workshop - Campbell River

This workshop will educate athletes on the mental factors that influence their sport performance. In order for an athlete to properly prepare play, regulate their thoughts and emotions in a game, and remain calm under pressure, they will be required to use skills that extend beyond the physical aspect of their sport.By understanding what mental factors impact an athlete’s play, mental tools such as imagery, self-talk, and intensity control can be developed to help an athlete cope with the psychological demands of their sport.
