Jacob Yells – Mountain Biking Congratulations to Jacob Yells our Cermaq Canada NI Athlete of the Month for January 2018! Jake was recently named to the Cycling BC Provincial High Performance XC mountain bike team for 2018. The strength & conditioning training through the #IGNITE program helped contribute to this success AND he completed 30 bike races in 2017. Jacob had a fantastic 2017 season. This is the second Athlete of Month honour for Jacob who also took the honour in March 2017. Way to go Jake!
