ActiveStar: Introduction to Physical Literacy

Looking for a quality program for your youngster this fall?
Allow your child the space to learn the FUNdamentals of physical literacy such as balance, coordination, and agility through practice and play. Becoming active for life starts by learning and gaining confidence in movement before the age of 6.
Led by qualified sports leaders & physical literacy educators, these 45-minute sessions are sure to give your child the space to be active, move their bodies, and release some energy while learning new skills and activities
Dates and times: Thursdays from 3:45-4:30 ; Starts September 21st, 2023 and ends October 26th (6 sessions)
Location: Oliver Woods Community Centre Gymnasium
Ages: 3-5 year olds
