ActiveStar Series Cowichan

ActiveStar is a FUNdamental movement skills program for children ages 3-6. We focus on kicking, jumping, balancing, running, and coordination which translates into essential movement skills as we age, as well as sports or physical activity endeavors. This program allows children to discover how their bodies move, have fun, and create connections.

Physical activity is essential in creating healthier communities, and it is most important to learn when we are young!

Led by qualified sports coaches and leaders.

This program goes for 4 weeks- Starting Saturday April 1st- April 29th, 2023 (No session April 8th, 2023)
