ActiveStar- Weekly Program *ages 3-5 yrs*

Allow your child the space to learn the FUNdamentals of physical literacy such as balance, coordination, and agility through practice and play. Becoming active for life starts by learning and gaining confidence in movement before the age of 6.
Led by qualified sport leaders & physical literacy educators, these 45-minute sessions are sure to give your child the space to be active, move their bodies, and release some energy while learning new skills and activities. Participants are welcome to register for both sessions if they wish.

Location: Oliver Woods Rec Centre Gymnasium
