Elevate Speaker Series 2024: Health and Wellness in High Performance Sport

PacificSport Vancouver Island is proud to announce the Elevate Speaker Series 2024: Health and Wellness in High Performance Sport. This year’s edition is targeted towards women and self-identifying women This Speaker series will have two parts, this is the registration for January 22nd (you can purchase both dates here). For this first session, we are tackling three topics:
- Managing Stress lead by Charlotte Mah
- Stretch Therapy lead by Alenna Langhorst
- ACL – What is it, prevalence and how to reduce the risk of injury
