On September 26, 2024, over 1,200 community and school members gathered up at the Nanaimo Rotary Bowl to celebrate the accomplishments of Nanaimo’s very own (and recent Olympic Gold Medalist), Ethan Kratzberg. The day was full of speeches, but most importantly, cheers and excitements towards Nanaimo’s Gold Medalist in years.
PacificSport Vancouver Island was there to support the event in every capacity we were able to! From setting up the event chairs, to controlling the crowd of kids that were to eager to have picture or even just high-five Ethan.
PacificSport Vancouver Island wants to once again congratulate Ethan on his tremendous success in Hammer Throw and can’t wait to see what he accomplish next!
