PacificSport Vancouver Island has a comprehensive “Event Kit” available to rent for an affordable price!

The cost to rent items from the Event Kit is a $52.74 flat rate.

A $100 deposit is required for each item with an asterisk. This is required as a post-dated cheque in advance of borrowing the event kit.

Organizations will be asked to pay the remaining balance of items should they be returned damaged.

Groups are required to agree to the following points to rent items:

  • All tent frames and canopies are to be returned in roller bags to prevent damage and lost parts.
  • Garbage cans and must be washed before returning.
  • A $100 deposit is required for each tent requested. This will be refunded when the equipment is returned in the condition it was loaned out.
  • Groups are responsible for replacing any damaged/lost items.
